I Hate This Thing
Now, my idea of a great product is one that you pull out of the box, plug in and use. Not so with the Zune. I had a Meizu, but they don’t take well to being submerged.

Better than the iPod
I bought the Zune because I was irritated with my iPod. The Zune has FM radio, something that I really wanted. It also has better sound quality than the iPod.
