EXTREMELY unstable, HP support does not help either!
Setting up the wireless network is such a pain for this printer!!! The printer has A LOT of trouble finding your network and OFTEN goes offline automatically for no good reason…

HP office jet j6480 multifunction printer
The printer is a nice looking printer that has multifunction capabilities. One of the problems that I found is that photo paper jams and is a little irritating.

I have had good luck with HP all in one scanners; most recently, I had several years of good experience with the all in one 6210.

Plenty of features & good price since I waited til it wasn’t the newest model
Control panel is easy to navigate & the construction (for an inexpensive printer) is sturdier that other brands I’ve looked at in the store.

Software problems = don’t bother
Despite the warnings of reviews here on Amazon, I felt I was computer savvy enough to get past the software problems. Wrong!
