The HQRP power adapter I received was basically dead on arrival. It will power the laptop intermittently, but it cycles on and off roughly twice a second, forcing my computer into seizure mode of switching between power profiles. Completely unacceptable.

the order arrived really quick, much earlier than the estimated date.
It's working perfectly fine for now. If it continues to work like this, it's a steal for its price (shipping is kind of expensive though, but $20+7 is still really cheap for an AC adapter, considering how the best buy replacement ones are all $100+)
