Love the 705! Only problem is I thought I was trading up from my current 605.

Do not buy an Archos product!
If I had it to do over again, I would never have bought an Archos product. And I certainly never will again.
The screen has gone opaque.

A Massive Dissapointment
As others have stated in their reviews, this thing is golden on paper. However that quickly falls apart when you actually get the device and use it.

Portable dishnetwork movies
Bought to transfer dishnetwork movies and tv shows. Use it in the car for grandchildren. Only complaint is short battery life. Would be lost without the car charger.

The 705 is just an average product. Archos business model is really messed up, probably owing to being a company foreign to the US marketplace.

Pure Garbage.
I received this for Christmas and was excited to try it out. The thing is you can’t do anything with this thing straight out of the box!
