Too small for my head -- must be for an infant!

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The hat just sits on top of your head -- can't pull it down. I contacted the seller and he said it fit someone at the warehouse just fine -- well it didn't fit me, and I'm a tiny 5'4" lady.

quality is fine, but only a small child could wear it, and we are fresh out of little kids. The puppy looked pretty cute in it . . . until he started chewing it!
