OneCare
Easy backup and cleaning features. Was purchased as an all-in-one security solution and I suppose it more or less performs as advertised. Very poor spyware, though.

Product very difficult to install
Windows Live OneCare 2.0 was not possible to install. I consulted with a paid technician and still could not install.
